The production process consists of five main steps. The painting process begins with the application of a carefully sanded polyester base coat. This is followed by a pre-enamel spray application and then a second spray application of the metallic coloured varnish. A matt acrylic varnish is then applied, providing scratch resistance and ensuring long-lasting durability. This finish also has anti-yellowing properties, preserving its appearance over time.
