PALETTE
The base panel consists of an embossed corrugated aluminium sheet, designed to produce the characteristic 3D texture. The Sand lacquer is a finishing process that begins with the application of a white polyester varnish (primer), followed by several layers of next-generation water-based coloured varnish containing microbeads – tiny particles that create a pleasant “silk effect” to the touch. The water-based varnishes offer the same resistance as solvent-based alternatives while significantly reducing environmental impact and enhancing health protection for both workers and end consumers.
