Arrital KFuture is the exclusive new service with which Arrital guarantees kitchen service for 10 years, offering you a whole range of benefits relevant to the product or your home. HOW THE REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE WORKS
To request Arrital KFuture assistance, simply make a simple phone call to the toll-free number 800 251 106, active 365 days a year 24 hours a day.
When you request a service, you will be asked for the identification code you find printed on the back of this brochure (example ARRITAL0000001).
The Nobis Insurance Operations Center will activate the emergency craftsman or the retailer where you made your purchase, depending on the type of intervention required. In the case of dedicated kitchen assistance, if the outlet is no longer available, the one closest to your home will be activated.

Arrital KFuture satisfies two types of performance:

Once the legal warranty expires, from the first day of the third year, you can call the Arrital toll-free number to request service on the KFuture kitchen. Since the service is not urgent, it will be provided according to your and the store’s availability.
Arrital KFuture satisfies two types of performance:

- Hydraulic dispatch
- Electrician dispatch
- Dispatch of dryer team
- Having an “emergency” nature, services are provided 365 days a year 24 hours a day.
- Assistance on the kitchen
- Sending the carpenter

WHAT IT INCLUDES
Arrital KFuture includes any operation necessary to restore normal use of the kitchen cabinets.
WHAT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE
Arrital KFuture does not cover:
Any excesses resulting from exceeding the maximum amount provided must be settled directly by the end customer to the intervening craftsman.

Arrital KFuture does not cover:
- damage of an aesthetic nature
- damage to household appliances
- damages occurring in the first two years
