PROJECT

Casa in Blu is situated in the city of Caserta. There, between man-made and natural elements, between nature and buildings, a special way of living takes form. At its center stands an Arrital Ak_07 kitchen.

The building grows from a base that is more than just a foundation.
It acts as threshold and link: a space tool that leads people from outside to inside, turning the passage into a real experience.
Here, the house turns into a meeting point between daily life and nature, between matter and light.

The ground floor is conceived as one large space for living together. Paths meet at a key spot – the round table – a symbol of sharing and the heart of home life.

Around it, the room spreads out smooth in a constant interplay of solid and void, of light and matter. As a matter of fact, it serves as spatial hinge between the living area and the kitchen.

The kitchen, an Arrital Ak_07, defines the background of the whole open space.It has an island in Black Sand Lacquer that gently interrupts the floor’s material flow and becomes the main star of the room.

Columns behind are in Pure White Sand Lacquer, matching the wall.
At the island’s ends sit the special pull-out end cabinets, an Arrital invention. When opened, they make corner areas functional.

With one move, both the front and side space open, making storage practical.

In this project, living means staying in steady talk between opposites: light and dark, natural and man-made, built and changing.

The continuous research gives back to the house its true deep side, which is of an emotional space, able to welcome and show the life of those who live there.
