Another international prestigious award for Arrital: Nautila, the collection that revolutionizes the concept of space (design by Franco Driusso) is among the winners of DNA Paris Design Awards 2024. This award further reinforces the excellence in its design and highlights its innovation and extraordinary aesthetics.
DNA Paris Design Awards 2024 is a prestigious design contest that recognizes excellence in architectural, interior, landscape, graphic and product design. This event takes place in Paris and aims to globally promote creativity and innovation in design. There are five main categories for which awards can be given, including “Designer of the Year” for winners in the main categories and “DNA Award” for winners in the subcategories. The results have just been announced, while the official award ceremony will take place in Paris on October the 25th at the extraordinary Éspace Niemeyer. Franco Driusso will attend the event and, in this occasion, he will describe and tell to everyone the concept of the entire project.
Nautila is inspired by the perfection of mollusc shell Nautilus, well known for its affinity with the golden section thus synonym with absolute beauty and design. The connection with nature and math further contributes to make Nautila a unique and innovative piece of design.

Franco Driusso, designer of Nautila, expresses his gratitude for the recognition, emphasizing how Nautila’s design goes beyond a simple kitchen. “I am very honoured” he said “for having received this prestigious award and for sharing with an international audience the conceptual, design and construction details of Nautila. Thanks to Nautila, Arrital proposal goes beyond the concept of a kitchen environment and becomes part of the architectural context by making use of an extraordinarily innovative approach. This evolution is the result of a perfect combination between design and technology, where high-performance materials give rise to a multitasking structure with sculptural forms.”
Prior to DNA Paris Design Awards 2024, Nautila had already received several major awards, including the GOOD DESIGN® Award 2022, the IF Design Award 2023, and the Big See Product Design Award 2023. This new award further consolidates Nautila’s position as one of the most innovative and cutting-edge kitchen systems on the market.
