What role does training have in the relationship between companies and employees, in increasing engagement and the value of productivity? Paolo Manocchi, a life and business coach, who has worked with Arrital to improve the quality of life, professional and otherwise, of its entire network, answers.

There is corporate training – commonly linked to the strategic process which aims to develop the skills, knowledge and abilities of employees – and there is behavioural training which acts to alter the bond between companies and employees. We spoke about this second aspect, which is highly relevant in today’s working environment, with Paolo Manocchi, a life and business coach who has worked with Arrital for some time: “For me, behavioural training means providing the tools to maintain balance in a system of imbalance.

This type of training offers practical and operational tools that can improve a person’s life regardless of their job: it’s then up to the individual to make use of them or not”. And he continues: “Training of this kind, as well as the coaching interventions, have to be done with companies and entrepreneurs who have a concept of ethics. Because it works on value processes. Basically, the aim is to provide more people with stimuli for reflection that can then become stimuli for behaviour”. And coaching? “This is the evolution of training and is generally done one-to-one: the coach develops self-generating performance processes and works on objectives: they help people find a model of behaviour that is ethically appropriate to them and that helps them achieve results in a specific area. Generally, companies request coaching for specific, important people, not necessarily senior executives”.
Arrital launched this training project to give its employees an extra chance to get in tune with themselves and others. It is an approach that looks beyond the product and embraces a human dimension through 360°, which is reflected in that of Arrital: people are considered the beating heart of the company, which gives value to relationships.

“We Arrital” is – not by chance – one of the payoffs that guide the company’s Code of Ethics, a synthesis of its philosophy expressed in the guiding principles of experience, personality, talent and ability. “Human resources are our value. We create value thanks to human resources”. Numerous projects and meetings designed to supply and enrich this creative ecosystem are developed on this principle and promoted by the company.

From the Meeting that called Arrital agents to Treviso, to participation in “Neonis – Unlock your future”, an event focused on career guidance aimed at over 450 students from the Technical and Professional Institutes of Pordenone and the province. Arrital, one of 40 participating industrial companies, contributed by offering a more specific overview of work dynamics, starting with its exceptional, successful experience.
