We.Love.World
The We.Do Holding continues to promote sustainability through the We.Love.World project. Arrital, with the support of We.Do, is gradually turning employee welfare, training, organizational integration, and work-life balance into concrete actions through its “We Welfare” and “We Share” projects.
???? “We Welfare” aims to promote work-life balance and a sustainable lifestyle through internal initiatives and conventions.
Among the projects already operating in the Company’s vending machines are gluten-free, fair trade, 0 km and organic products. Arrital has made several agreements with nearby health facilities, gyms, garages, and consultancy services for its employees. There are new opportunities for cooperation and socializing among colleagues, including mindfulness sessions and a cooking class.
???? “We Share” is the training project in collaboration with CUOA Business School launched this year and reconfirmed for the next edition, 2023/2024. In the first year, the courses delved into transversal topics. The new course will transfer to corporate teams skills and updates dedicated to specific tasks so each resource can grow and fully express its value.
Considering the social and economic impact towards the territory, a new way of doing business is necessary to win the following challenges.
