We.Share, the new training project with SDA Bocconi and CUOA Business School
Specialisation, professional growth, and appreciation of human capital are the main themes of the 2022/2023 training program undertaken by Arrital, which has always been attentive to the sharing of enterprise culture and the strategic development of its company.
We.Share is a multi-year training project by We.Do Academy internally coordinated by Silvia Quaglia and Giuseppe Bincoletto, respectively, Human Resources manager and Chief Marketing Officer of We.Do Holding Spa. A journey of evolution and knowledge exchange that has the aim of integrating the work flows between the various companies of the Group in the best possible way and strategically re-defining the structure, roles, and internal functions in a constant advancement aimed at favouring the acceleration of the managerial processes.
Two excellent institutional partners are taking care of the creation of the training plans, each for their own competences, targets, and purposes: the SDA Bocconi School of Management and CUOA, a Vicenza-based business school active in the North East, both creators of two courses and tailor-made teaching programs for the 260 participating managers and collaborators, out of a total of 524 group employees.
A true business academy, oriented toward the comprehensive training of three company figures – Top Manager, Middle Management, and Professionals – through customised courses to improve not only soft and relational skills, but also technical and process and team management skills.
‘Arrital has always focused on the human factor, on both internal and external relationships, and on all the players in the value chain down to the end user,’ said the General Manager, Christian Dal Bo. ‘Being part of the We.Share project represents a new challenge for us to continue to grow and be successful on the global market.’
